3. Refund Policy by Product/Service Type
a. Trading Courses
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all trading courses, subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility: You must request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Usage Limit: You must not have completed more than 20% of the course content (e.g., watched more than 20% of video lessons, accessed more than 20% of downloadable materials).
- Reason: We may ask for a reason for your refund request to help us improve our services, but it will not affect your eligibility if other conditions are met.
- Non-Transferable: Refunds are only available to the original purchaser.
b. Membership Subscriptions (Monthly/Annual)
For monthly and annual membership subscriptions, our policy is as follows:
- New Subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. This applies only to the first payment of a new subscription.
- Renewals: Membership renewals (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to membership benefits until then. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
c. Trading Tools & Indicators (MQL5 Products)
Due to the digital nature and immediate access to our proprietary trading tools and MQL5 indicators, these products are generally non-refundable once downloaded or activated. We encourage you to utilize our free trial (where applicable) and thoroughly review product descriptions and features before purchase.
- Exceptions: Refunds for trading tools may be considered only in cases of documented technical malfunction preventing the use of the product, which cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe. Such requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:
- Services that have been fully rendered or substantially consumed.
- Membership renewals.
- Trading tools and indicators once downloaded or activated, except in cases of documented technical malfunction.
- Any products or services purchased through third-party platforms (you must refer to their refund policies).
- Promotional or discounted purchases, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
